Do you play sports and need to know what type of injury you have? Well, many people play sports and get the common sport injuries. However, which sports injury is the most common is the main question that many individuals ask. You can find that is dealt with what type of sport you play. The common sports are baseball, basketball, football, soccer, tennis and don't forget about track and field. The common sport injuries can have a lot to do with what muscle you're using. Let's take a look at some of the common injuries.

You will find it all depends on the type of sport you play that depends on the injury you could get. The common knee problems can be the first signs of track and field or even basketball. The constant jumping in a sport can hurt the knee area and over use the joint that makes it sore. Soreness isn't an injury, but can lead to a pulled muscle and other problems later on down the road.

When you jump and land on the ground, if you do nto land right, you could get an ankle injury. We all know that ankles are not practically the strong point of the body, because it carries our weight, however it does support the weight, but if you land on it wrong, it can harm you. You should know that jolting the ankle the wrong way could crack or brake it. To stay away from this, try to take precautions in running and jumping up on the court.

Baseball and tennis is another sport that carries one of the most common injuries. This sport is known for causing shoulder and arm pain. Pain in the shoulder is defiantly a problem for most pitchers and tennis players. The constant flickering of the ball and swinging of the tennis racket can render your muscles in the arm. When avoiding this, you need to watch out for over extending your arm and stretch it more, which makes it ready to throw.

The next time you play tennis or baseball, you should realize what muscles are used the most. In this case, the common injury would be the shoulder. Throwing is a pitchers job and when you use your arm in this manner, you could pull something.

The most common injury that deals with the shoulder is going to happen in baseball. During baseball, you will be constantly swinging and pitching the ball. Pitchers generally injure their shoulder and arm as they swing it full force. The most common sports injuries are very painful, but easy to fix.
